| On January 3, Katie Spotz launched her ocean rowing boat from Dakar, Senegal thus becoming the youngest person to attempt a solo row across the Atlantic Ocean. JL happily outfitted her for her journey. Katie is now 18 days into her trip. She appears to be making good progress and is happy and healthy.
