The technical attributes of fabrics available for your custom garments are listed below. In general, lighter colors minimize heat. Some fabrics can be ordered in special colors, with high quantity orders.

Stretchable Fabrics (contain Lycra)

Technical:

CoolmaxTM (white, black, navy)
Wicks moisture away from the body, performs well in even the most humid of conditions. Looks and feels like the softest of cottons. Used for our long and shortsleeve technical workout shirts, and undertanks.

Drywick Lite (Black, Navy, Red, White, Royal Blue, Maroon, Burgundy, Gold, Yellow, Forest Green, Kelly Green, Orange, Lilac, Columbia Blue, Academy Blue, Leander Pink, Regal Purple)
Our silkweight version of Drywick. Wickable, soft stretch, durable. Best for short- and longsleeve technical shirts.

Drywick (Black, Navy, Red, White, Royal Blue, Maroon, Burgundy, Gold, Yellow, Forest Green, Kelly Green, Orange, Lilac, Columbia Blue, Academy Blue, Leander Pink, Regal Purple)
Our midweight wickable fabric, soft stretch, durable. Great for both tops and bottoms of unisuits, fantastic for leggings, long and shortsleeve technical workout shirts.

Bamboo (black only)
Part of our Eco-Tech line, we are proud to promote Bamboo as our new sustainable high-tech lycra fabric. At 95% Bamboo and 5% Spandex, this fabric has a "hand" similar to our popular Coolmax. It has very high wickability, is a shade warmer than CoolMax.

Bamboo fiber does not contain any chemical additives, nor does it need chemical fertilizer to grow. It has natural antibacterial, deodorant, elasticity, moisture absorbtion and ventilation characteristics. The fiber is filled with various micro-gaps and micro-holes that provide excellent moisture management.

At the end of all things, your Bamboo garment can achieve natural degredation in the soil!

We make Tech Shirts out of Bamboo, and provide Bamboo/Organic Cotton Tees.

Polypropylene (black, navy)
Wickable and strong. Treated with anti-microbial, this fabric won't retain either water or bacteria. Retains its body for years of tough use. Perfect for unisuit bottoms, tops, trou and tights.

Brushed Polypropylene (black, navy, red, white, forest green)
Same fabric as above brushed inside, gives added insulation. Great for a very warm technical shirt, leggings and full-length unitight.

Polartec® Polarfleece (Black, Navy, Red, Royal Blue, Orange, others available upon request)
Made of recycled plastics, blended with lycra to give our Turtleshell its great fit. Soft, light, and warm even when wet.

Non-Technical:

Cotton/poly (20 colors)
Soft to the touch, for all you cotton lovers.

Shiny Nylon (20 colors)
Nylon content, shiny appearance. Fabric most associated with the term "Spandex".

Non-Stretchable Fabrics

Technical:

Eco-Dry (white, black, navy, red, royal blue, columbia blue, forest green, kelly green, maroon, athletic gold, texas orange, others available upon request)
We are proud to offer Eco-Dry for all our custom loose-fit garments. Made of 100% recycled plastics, this lightweight, supple fabric exhibits all the breathability, color fastness, and body of its polyester predecessors.

1. The fabric is very breathable and does not restrict the movement of moisture vapor.
   
2. The fabrc is UV protective. Darker colors are more protective than light, but even white is 3 times more UV protective than a cotton T.
3. When the sweat reaches the outside of the fabric, it spreads out to many times its original surface area, enabling it to dry at least 2 times faster than cotton. This minimizes conductive heat loss in cold weather and provides a cooling effect when exercising in warmer weather.
