Yesterday I watched the kids that row at the club I coach get their racing unisuits and other gear. I bring this up because I am guessing that most of you don’t get to see the TRUE end of the process. The rowing gear means a lot more to the rowers and coxswains than you might initially comprehend. The look in their eyes is incredibly heart warming and wonderful to behold. The gear represents a lot of work that got them to the eve of competition. It also represents pride in their organization and their teammates. What I am trying to say is that work that you do has a deeper meaning to the user than you might always realize. So feel good about a unique impact on the lives of rowers and coxswains (and coaches)
