Why are the arms so long?
Because I hate when I reach for the catch and other shirts slide back up my forearm!!!
What makes a Ziptech different than the Original JL?
The Ziptech is a different pattern and uses different contstruction. Our flatlock seam technology allows you to add a contrast color without addtional cost.
Do Ziptechs fit the same as other JLs?
Depends on the fabric used to make it. The lighter the fabric, the tighter you can wear it. Flatlock seams have less stretch than the overlock seams used in the Original JL, so these shirts are worn more as a overshirt than a first layer.
What fabric is best for my team?
Choose a fabric depending on these factors: climate; team colors; worn while racing or training; worn against the skin or as an overshirt...
How custom can JL get with these shirts?
Well...we do a lot of things that aren't seen on this website--it would be hard to show them all! It doesn't hurt to ask!
Where can I get a JL?
The real, actual, original JL is only sold by JL.

Brushed on the inside for increased insulation, this fabric makes a techshirt that will protect you in the harshest of rowing conditions. Rowers also use this fabric for winter cross-training in the snow!
